LUCYSTREAM is a real-time face-replacement tool. You — the person operating it — are solely responsible for how you use it and for any content you produce, broadcast, share, or store with it.

By purchasing or using LUCYSTREAM you agree NOT to use the service to:

• Impersonate any real person, public figure, or organization without their explicit consent
• Commit or facilitate identity theft, fraud, or deception
• Harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person
• Produce non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind
• Produce sexual content involving minors
• Violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of anyone affected by the content
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as authentic footage of a real person in a context where doing so would mislead
• Bypass platform terms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) that prohibit synthetic or impersonating content

LUCYSTREAM provides the tool. We do not monitor, review, or moderate sessions. We do not retain video content. You assume full legal responsibility for your use.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we receive credible reports of misuse, or if required by law.

This service is provided AS-IS, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUCYSTREAM is not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from your use of the service or content produced with it.
