Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LUCYSTREAM (the “Service”). By purchasing access or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. One person per account. Don’t share or resell license keys.
2. Payments
Access is sold for $100 USD, payable in Bitcoin (on-chain or Lightning) via BTCPay Server. Credit top-ups are sold separately. All sales are final. Because payments are settled on the Bitcoin network, we cannot reverse them.
3. Acceptable Use
Your use is bound by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violating it may result in suspension or termination without refund.
4. Service Availability
LUCYSTREAM depends on third-party AI infrastructure. We do not guarantee uptime, latency, or model availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Best-effort notice will be given for planned changes.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUCYSTREAM and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Total cumulative liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
