Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — for your account and payment receipts
• Password (stored only as a salted hash — we cannot read it)
• License key — auto-generated when you purchase access
• Payment metadata — BTCPay invoice ID, amount, paid date, status
• Session metadata — start time, stop time, duration (used to deduct credits accurately)

What we do NOT collect

• We do not store, record, or retain your camera or microphone content. Video and audio stream directly between your device and our AI processing provider; we do not see or save it.
• We do not run analytics, behavioral trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party telemetry on this website.
• We do not require or process any KYC, government ID, or real-world identity information.

Third parties

• BTCPay Server — processes Bitcoin payments. Receives invoice amount and a session ID. Does not receive your email.
• AI processing provider (currently Decart)— receives the live camera feed during sessions strictly for model inference. Subject to that provider’s privacy terms.
• Hosting providers (Vercel, Fly.io) — receive standard request-level metadata (IP, user agent) as part of normal web traffic logging.

Your rights

Email contact@lucy-stream.com to request account deletion or a copy of the data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party cookies, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels.
